ROMANIA Aviation Day is celebrated year by year on 20th July, usually the aviators families and their colleagues, friends accompagne them at the aviatic airshows, celebrating together. In exclusivity terms for you, a short reportage with Mr. Lt.Av.Comandor Ovidiu Mirica like a “First Lesson” for those interested to get a training for pilot from our young experienced professionals, better than Tom Cruise when “Top Gun” movie was delivered few years ago by ’86. who’s PRODUCER said early last year, “We’ve been trying to get that movie made for 30 years, and I think we’re getting closer and closer.” within the ‘Top Gun 2″ movie.

If you think that your favorite pilot is Tom Cruise, you got it a romanian version of the celebrity who reached the sky by SPARTAN, a former US navy aircraft manufacture…

Lt.Av.Comandor Ovidiu Mirica is just trying to make people to enjoy the flight with SPARTAN…and also explains that “skills are continuing leaning” even for an experimented pilot like him… just inspiring others to learn the skills from their parents in such aviation related field or from those already having developed a high  expertise in trainings and avionics too…

As in 2004 Spartan School of Aeronautics name change to Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology, offering of college degree programs and technology diversity. Spartan Aviation Industries, Inc. was formed in 2005 by Spartan’s management team and was purchased from Harcourt General Corporation.

In 2013 Spartan Education Industries Inc, was formed and acquired the college from Spartan Aviation Industries, Inc.

In 2014 Spartan acquired the Crimson Technical Institute, an Airframe and Powerplant focused college located in Inglewood, California. The Crimson Technical College was founded in 1930 as The California Flyers Inc. and eventually became Northrop University and then Northrop Rice Aviation Institute of Technology (NRAIT).

On March 31, 2015 Crimson Technical College became an additional campus location of Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology

I am looking for INTERNATIONAL LAWYER, heritage related rights to my father and myself as family memmber from which one was worked as employee for Economic International Union UEI “INTERCHIMFIBRE” having Romania, Ungaria, RDG, Yugoslavia, Cech Republick, Bulgary, Ukraine etc former members before 1990.
The juridic complexity for economic union type of juridic entity involves economic, educational, juridic researches, economic cooperation and cultural related tradition for promoting international cooperation between actual european countries, external affaires and gouvernments, OSCE high Commisioner for minorities protection rights mediatization of conflict cases within region where multiethnic people fight for disputes against state authorities for claiming rights, property as multiethnic minorities membersfamily appartnence as born within EU various counties as BIHOR/BIHAR or others counties part of Romania or Hungary or Austria-Ungaria in 1900-1916, refugees during war I, II, returnded back after 1944.
For international portfolio interest cas studies for lawyers, economist, minority rights authorities, I am interested of finding international houses to be involved in such projects of researches as the romanian authorities refused to give acces official to the documents for heritage succesoral rights, even my father was militar aviator, graduated Militar Academy and beneficiar of pension fund through various forms,.My fathet memberfamily were in the past persecuted under various regimes as was supposed to hidden the maghiar/hungarian etnicity as originar from a hungarian village Gynta from Bihor county of North Ardeal, Crisan which was in the past partof Austro-Hungary.
The main difficult part is related to the fact that there is the law which specifcy the following:
the art.16,decret 192/10.10.1974 the family members of relative of first grade of one who worked as employee for the UEI Ïnterchimfibre, including here myself, as doughter of my father as patrimonial succesoral rights related to heritage definition of credal assets, I am eligible to claim those rights for myself on one side and in the name of heritage related to my father on the other side, includibng the quality of accesing those information even through gouvernments levels for economic and external affaires issues, researches studies for projects related to minority and property rights, so some gouvernments could acces also such information related to formers employees of this union, could got authorization for legal representation based the treaties ratified with ROmania, Hungary, other sates having documents,
As even myself I am not only interested to acces and get authorisation to those documents in the name of family rights, the rights of succesoral and minority rights, the property rights,the right to acces the information and to receive those information, but also for including these efforts for the research reason as to prove the way the family members in the past were persecuted based on ethicity appartnence, confiscation of goods part of heritage into extension the research toward economics, history and abusive authoritices practices.
My grandparents to which my father was related, being refugees, borned in BIHOR 1910-1915, a teritory disputed during various times between Romania, Hungary, Austro-Hungary, maybe mebmers of multiethnicity, were in the same situation as others to be subjects of “romanian language adherence to be able to continue to live, to be educated, to get back part of former land properties after the confiscation”during 1910-1916, aspects which was used harmfully to force the family members to hidden their true ethnic origin, even when minorty rights were jeopardized as under various regimes these aspects were known by authorities mainly. The human ressources type of security who accesed the files of these family had in mind the reason for hidden or blocked the acces to these files for heritage relatedd scope, as my father was an important persona having vrious qualification as aviator VP Aeroclub Romania, Aeronautical Inspector within Civil Department of Civil Aviation, TAROM representative,member of National Office of Tourism Council of Administration till 1990

DECRET nr. 192 din 10 octombrie 1974 to ratified the Convention with regard the start up of International Economic Union “Interchimfibre”
ART. 3
1. The Union is the juridical person of the country where the headquarter is developing the activity based on this country legislation, if there is not specified contrary within this Convention and within the Union Statut, which is integrant part of this Convention, as specified in Annexe no. 1.
The Union has the right to close agreements (contracts), to rent, to buy and to sell assets and,also, to be part in juridical instances,court and arbitraj.
2. Inot the purpose to achievieng these economic activities, the Union, based on the ownership of the patrimonial assets, could open on the countries teritories of the contractual parts and of the others countries, with the agreements of those countries, sections, enterprises/companies, organizations for scientifcs researches, engineering projects, services and other economic organisations, named as filiales.
For the filiales created by the Union,in the quality of juridical person, will be applied consequently those specified by alin. 1 from the art. 3.
3. On the teritories of the countries of the contractual parts is recognized the juridic capacity of the Union and of her filiales, needed for achieving the functions defined for it.
ART. 14
1. On the teritories of the countries membership at this Convention, the Union and the filiales will enjoy of all the facilities and the advantages which are settled through agreements to the similars estate economic organizations.
2. The patrimonial assets of the Union and of the filiales can not be the object of confiscation, sechestartion, selling, divisation through administrative way.
ART. 16
1. The employees and the functionars working for Union and the filiales on the teritories of the contractual parts, which are not citizenship of the country where the headquarter location, and their family members, are absolved of the following:
a) personal duties set up throug the legislation of their country where the headquarter is located or the filiale of the union;
b) payment of duty taxes for the personal assets used brought or with which they go out of the country toward the work place location within Union headquarter or filiales, or when travelling toward the countries where have the home residence or where established the stabil residence after the contract closing agreement for activities with the Union or with the filiales.
2.To the employees and the functionars working for Union and the filiales, which are not the citizenships of the countries where the location of the headquarters, have the rights to transfers to the countries where have the stabil residence, the savings up to the limit sum of the wages amount received from the Union, in conformity with exchange valutar conversion regulatory regim of the country where the headquarter location of Union or filials.
3. The work conditions for the employees working within the Union and the filials are established through the country legislation where the headquarter is located, through the present Convention, and also through the Regulament with regard the personnel stuff of the Union, approuved by the Union Council.
4. To the employees and the functionars working for Union and the filiales, which are not citizenship of the country where the headquarter location or the filials, and also for the family members, are assured the locative spaces, comunal services and medical assistence within the same conditions as those available for the citizenships where their residence is established.

Art nouveaux history future arhitecture peisagistic ecourbanism BIHOR, ORADEA North Transylvania from1927 versus Bruges 1920

At the end of 1927, on 28 december of “ Nagyvarad””newspaper, actually name being ORADEA, an article having as purpose to let an eye open to the future and having as title „How will look ORADEA in 1999”. By that time, making previsions about the start of 2000 years it looks like trying to write a SF story. The article starts by an interview with the arhitect Koszeghy Joseph, who, from the office of the  II floor of the Cit Hall, „like a violonist who is takle by ingeniosity his hand and the tool”, made proiections of the future of the town, like the journalist mentioned, „ The ORADEA IS NOT , but WILL BE”.

How will be?
„Will be a town of dream”, made the arhitect his profecy,only if the town Oradea will maintain the developing rate from the first decade of the 1900. Obviously influenced by the high blocks from american continent, the arhitect talked about the  extension through vertical of Oradea. Within the town was appreciated there is enough free land to let space to multifloor buildings which could provide comfortable accomodation for people 5 times more than that existing in the town by that time, forecasted for 1999 at 500.000. No, the arhitect did not anticipated the IIwar, the deportation of 1/3 of the people from Oradea county in 1944 or reduced  demografic curve.

The most exposed to changes were, under the arhitect vision, the roads. These will be more larger,said him, being surroundings by parks and green spaces. The main roads will be used for carriage goods. The Ioşia feroviar will be used for transport the goods and the most important route will be used  for the tram so the link between the Velenţa and Ioşia area wil be realised. The trams will not anymore be with the horses, but using electric motricity. On the both sides of the roads will be high buildings which will be linked one of another through suspending bridges and transversale passages. the buildings will have more rights lines and will be all high, so the image of the town will be „simple and beautiful”.  The plane roofs of the buildings will have cafe, gardesn with flowers and swimming pool but also the piste for aircraft landing. Also on the roofs will be the cinema and hairmaking, generally speacking whatever will need the „modern life style” (in cas that the arhitect wanted to say that the cinema Oradea will be in air, so I think he had right:). The highness? No, the highness will not be a problem for the “orădean future. “This is because  each of one from us will have in the future the own aircraft of one person by which will be able to fly  from one building to another. In the  “Piaţa Mică (actual Unirii)”Square, will be built a huge airport which will be open for „internal and external” routes line.

Dar Crişul Repede?

Încercând să discrediteze falsele predicţii conform cărora, la începutul anilor 2000, Crişul Repede urma să fie „doar o cărare” din cauza scăderii debitului, Koszeghy Joseph îşi afirma solemn credinţa că în 1999, Crişul Repede va fi navigabil şi că orădenii vor putea circula pe acesta cu vaporaşe. Doar unul sau două poduri pentru pietoni vor traversa Crişul. La ce să folosească podurile, când aveam avioanele?

Un sistem ultramodern de canalizare folosind conducte cu diametru de 2 metri va aduce în oraş apă proaspătă şi curată. Pentru a evita risipa de apă fiecare instalaţie urma să fie concepută cu un contor special. Pentru zgărâie-nori urmau să se construiască niste pompe speciale (cum altfel, să urci apa tocmai acolo?). Deşeurile vor fi transportate undeva departe de oraş şi deversate, nu înainte de a se extrage din ele „eventualele substanţe valoroase”.

What energy sources will be used?
Electricitatea, evident, era vazută ca fiind cea mai viabilă sursă de energie pentru Oradea viitorului. Curentul electric urma să fie folosit în industrie şi în transport. Tramvaiele vor circula exclusiv cu energie electrică, spunea inginerul Szemes Antal, iar fostul sediu al companiei de tramvaie va fi transformat într-un muzeu al căror profituri, obţinute de la vizitatorii veniţi să vadă uimiţi cum arăta „ mai demult” un tramvai tras de cai, vor fi apoi reinvestite în compania de transport (ideea asta nu e neaparat rea). Chiar dacă avionul va fi la modă în 1999, orădenii vor avea şi maşini, puţine însă. Acestea vor fi moderne, silenţioase şi…. electrice, cu baterii reîncărcabile. Ce nu va avea însă niciodată Oradea va fi metroul. „Nu se poate”, spunea arhitectul, solurile oraşului fiind prea umede pentru a permite o astfel de „lucrare”. Că tot vorbim de trafic, jurnalistul de la Nagyvarad şi-l imaginează ca fiind dirijat de un poliţist într-un balon cu aer cald va aplica ca şi penalităţi „mini-fulgere artificiale”.
Întunericul? Nu, Oradea lui 1999 urma să fie un oraş a cărui iluminare publică se preconiza ca fiind „de 100 de ori mai mare decât cea din 1927”. The light will be everywhere: on the streets, in parks, în squares..on the roofs (for aircrafts reasons) and lighting banners will enlighting the sky. The people from Oradea in the future will not any more have suffeer from cold weather and the wood related warming systems will disappear totally. Also by electricity will function also the phones, which developping trend will exceed any expectations (what a visiune!). Each orădean””will have the own phone and  on the Corso”” route will be placed some speciale dispositives where you could put the phone to recharge it.

So TESLA ….was nothing compared with this prevision

The purity of air and public traffic?
„Will not be a problem”, said by that time Eichner Ernot,the responsible from the City Hall. Because of 3  simple reasons: firstly- Oradea will have a special buget for cleaning the town (here is an explication which crossed the time prouves), secondly-the transportul will be based motors and not using hourse (as those let down in their behind….), thirdly: theer will not be any more dirf, pentru că toate străzile urmau să fie asfaltate (mai ştiu eu câteva care nici în 2012…). Anyway the traffic willbe more aerian, on the roads will travel only the the cars spreading the water only to let the temperature more pleasent for the people by walking. The responsible with the public cleaning has draught the attention over the fact „well to know” that, in the future,the garbidge „will not arrive on the street but will became qouated on the burse ”.

The culture?
You never could imagine how many cultural emulation could have this community along the  Criş river! The theatre in the old for knew by the ”orădenii’  (knew also like now) was supposed to dissapear (this almost happened). Instead will appear a kind of theatre like hollywood played within natural area, epic within Bihor Mauntens decor. By airplaines the people having tickets will travel there in only 5 minutes. Many concerts of Filarmonicii will be hold in open-air and no one will be pay anymore for the ticket. Everyday we will have new spectacles.the authors was not sure but still hoped that the “orădenii ïn 1999 will use also that invention named radio”. “The local people will have to choose between more newspapers which will be actualized every hour. Having  „veloaircrafts”, the journalists will be able to get everywher in 2 minutes to present the news„as it happens”.

„Maybe could seems incredible”, said the journalist from the Nagyvarad to the readers. but, continuue him, „the same would said also the antic greecks about the  submarins….or what would had beed said the Troia people if the greecks would have had only one tank, 1 gun and one aircraft?”. And because the above arguments could let dissapear any scepticism, the article author make same previsions over the food industry. Piaţa Mare””square will have a huge subteran Hall where the buyers will be in contact only with some automatic devices which will  talk with them only when you asked to them”, and the food for the orădeni””  will be related to pils containg essential nutritive elements.

Şi totuşi, ce pericol stătea în calea dezvoltării noastre?

Bruges-ul. Acesta este un oraş din Belgia al cărui nume vine de la numeroasele poduri peste canalele care îl traversează. Supranumit „Veneţia Nordului”, Bruges se mândreşte cu unul dintre cele mai bine păstrate “centre istorice vechi” din Europa şi este inclus pe lista patrimoniului cultural mondial UNESCO.
În 1927 însă, imaginea de oraş vechi a Bruges-ului îi speria pe orădeni acesta fiind considerat un exemplu negativ despre cum un oraş poate fi retrograd dezvoltării, rămânînd încremenit în trecut. Abia revenindu-şi după război, într-o stare de relativă stagnare a dezvoltării imobiliare, Oradea era, se spunea în articol, în pericol să devină un nou Bruges. Un oraş în care nu se construieşte nimic nou. Ca să vă lămuriţi, iată cum arăta Bruges în 1920.

Arhitectul Koszegly vorbea despre degradarea Bruges-ului, de la un mare port la un oraş terestru, cu clădiri vechi şi străzi pietruite pe care creşte iarbă. Conceptul de patrimoniu cultural pare să le fi fost străin orădenilor secolului trecut, dezvoltarea unui oraş presupunând, în concepţia acestora, construcţii noi şi moderne, industrie dinamică şi debarasarea de trecut. Ei nu au construit clădiri secession pentru că erau frumoase, ci pentru că erau la modă, erau noi, erau „art nouveau”. Aceste clădiri nu erau menite să fie păstrate “cu orice preţ”, iar viitorul Oradiei însemna, arhitectural vorbind, adaptarea la moda vremii, oricare ar fi fost ea. Iar zgărîie-norii erau viitorul.

Vă lăsăm pe voi să decideţi dacă cei din 1927 au fost prea pesimişti sau prea optimişti, dacă previziunile lor s-au îndeplinit sau nu. Eu una, dacă aş avea o maşină a timpului, m-as întoarce să le şoptesc câte ceva despre radio şi despre Bruges.
